Lindsay Lohan was released early from rehab. After spending just 23 days in rehab instead of the court ordered 90. The rehab facility is very pricey and her 23 days cost $130,400. Lohan's health insurance does not cover this facility so this could be out of pocket expense. No wonder she did all those last minute photo shoots before going to jail.
Lohan isn't out of the woods yet, she still must follow the rules of her probation including-
-- Reside at home until Nov. 1
-- Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week
-- Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week
-- Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week
-- Attend a 12-step program

If she is to fail a drug test she could go to jail for 30 days. The Lohan saga continues.
